Condition
We endeavour to fully describe all items we are selling to the best of our ability including history, age, and any defects, marks, scratches, etc. However, please be aware the items that we are selling are antique or vintage items and may in some cases have very slight and minor age wear. These small signs of wear are normal and appropriate to its authenticity.
Refund Policy
All payments are to clear our account before items can be delivered or collected (please be aware that e-cheques through PayPal can take up to two weeks to clear). If any item has been misdescribed and after negotiation the buyer feels aggrieved, return of the item will be accepted within seven days of purchase and a full refund will be given providing items are returned as received.
Delivery
Free delivery within mainland UK. We have a highly experienced and professional team of friendly couriers. We aim to deliver within two weeks. However, please allow up to 28 days maximum for delivery. N.B. We will always contact buyers straight after payment with either our next available delivery date or our couriers contact details. Please advise us of any specific availability requirements and we will endeavour to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date and time.
Overseas Buyers
We do have a very reliable and professional network of international couriers and shippers who can arrange delivery of larger items of furniture.
